The order layer for B2B commerce on Shopify

Capture every order however it arrives, attribute it to the right party, route it to fulfillment, and settle the money. One layer connecting however a B2B order comes in to whatever system fulfills it.

One layer between every order and every system

Orders arrive from any channel. LevelOps captures, attributes, normalizes, orchestrates, and settles them, then routes clean output into the systems you already run.

Capture, attribute, normalize, orchestrate, settle

Whatever the channel or format, an order moves along the same spine. Every LevelOps product is a channel or a stage on it.

FAQ

Questions teams ask first

Do I need all three apps?

No. Start with PDF to Order. Add PO Manager when you want to close the Shopify to QuickBooks purchasing loop. Add Pick Pack Ship when you are ready to digitize the warehouse. Each app works standalone, and together they are more powerful.

Does this replace Katana or an MRP?

For distributors who buy and sell without manufacturing, yes. PO Manager replaces the need for Katana. For manufacturers with BOMs and production orders, Katana still adds value on the production side.

How does the Shopify to QuickBooks sync work?

PO Manager creates purchase orders natively in Shopify using Shopify's PO API, then pushes them to QuickBooks as bills. When goods are received and invoices match, the bill is approved and the payment is logged.

What happened to Stocky?

Shopify deprecated Stocky in 2025. PO Manager is the modern replacement, built natively on Shopify's PO API, with the QuickBooks sync Stocky never had.

What industries do you serve?

Food and beverage, pharma distribution, industrial parts and hardware, CPG wholesale, beauty and cosmetics, apparel wholesale, and toy distribution. If you receive B2B purchase orders by PDF or email and you are on Shopify, Core was built for you.

How long does it take to get started?

PDF to Order is a Shopify app. Install it, configure it in 30 minutes, and start processing orders the same day. PO Manager and Pick Pack Ship require a brief onboarding session. Most merchants are live within 1 to 2 weeks.
