Draft, pending legal review. What the website and PDF to Order collect today. Terms of Service section 4 still governs Customer Personal Information in the product.

This is a draft

Legal copy on this site is supposed to come from us, not from an agent inventing a policy. The page exists so /privacy is not a 404 and so the contact form has somewhere honest to point. Treat it as a description of current practice. Do not treat it as certified compliance.

The product terms already cover Customer Personal Information in section 4 of the Terms of Service. If this page and those terms ever disagree, the terms win until a lawyer revises both.

Who we are

LevelOps is a product of Obius Inc., based in Montreal, Quebec. We operate in English and French. We build PDF to Order, a Shopify app, and we implement ERP, MRP and Shopify systems for manufacturers, distributors and wholesalers.

Privacy questions go through the contact form. Say it is a privacy request.

What the website collects

If you only read pages, the host and our analytics tools see the request. We do not ask for your name, email or company until you type them into a form or a booking page.

The contact form and the free audit form ask for email, first name, last name, company, website and a message. Optional topic and volume fields are included with the message. That payload goes to HubSpot. Careers applications are a separate form and also go to HubSpot. Meeting bookings use HubSpot.

Customer logos on the homepage are loaded from logo.dev when we have a checked domain, or shown as a wordmark if we do not.

What PDF to Order processes

Merchants forward purchase orders. The app reads PDF, Excel, CSV, Word and email body text, matches lines to the Shopify catalogue, applies that account's price list, and creates a Shopify draft order with the source file attached. A person in the merchant's team reviews it before the order is sent.

The document is the merchant's customer data. We process it to provide the app. We do not use those files to market to the merchant's buyers. Shopify holds the draft order. Billing for the app runs through the Shopify App Store.

Processors we actually use

The processors that handle website or app data today. This is not a full sub-processor schedule.

  • Shopify, for the App Store listing, app billing, and draft orders
  • HubSpot, for forms, meeting bookings, and visitor tracking
  • Vercel, which hosts this website
  • Google, for analytics and advertising measurement
  • logo.dev, for merchant marks we have checked, when a domain is set
  • Implementation work may also touch the ERP or MRP the client already runs, such as Katana, Odoo or Business Central. That access is scoped to the engagement.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal information. We do not ask a wholesaler's buyers to create an account with us.

Order documents stay with the merchant's Shopify store as attachments on draft orders. Website form records stay in HubSpot.

Your requests

Access, correction, deletion or a data processing agreement: use the contact form and say it is a privacy question. We will route it. If you are a merchant using the app, you can also raise it in the app support flow so it is attached to the store.

If this draft is wrong about a processor or a practice, the fix is to change the page after legal review, not to leave the gap.

Read this as a draft

If you need a signed position, start from the Terms and write to us. This page will be replaced when legal review lands.

FAQ

Questions teams ask first

Is this the final privacy policy?

No. It is a draft written so the site has a public page to point at. A lawyer still has to review it before we treat it as the governing notice. Until then, Terms of Service section 4 is the signed product language for Customer Personal Information.

What does the website collect if I only browse?

The host and our analytics tools. We do not ask for your name until you submit a form or book a meeting. Preview deploys are not treated as the live site.

Where do contact and audit forms go?

To HubSpot. If the form cannot be delivered, the page offers to send the same message by email instead.

What does PDF to Order do with purchase orders?

It reads the document you forward, matches lines to your Shopify catalogue, and writes a draft order with the source file attached. A person on your team approves before anything is final. Shopify is the system of record for that draft.

Do you sell personal information?

No. We do not sell contact details or order documents.

Who do I write to about access or deletion?

Use the contact form and say it is a privacy request. We will route it rather than leave it in a general queue.
