Talk to the people who actually build it

There is no sales development team here and no chatbot in the corner. What you write reaches the small group that writes the code and runs the implementations, and one of us answers you.

Before you write, one thing that will save you time

There are two different conversations people have with us, and they go to different places.

If you want to know whether order automation would actually help your business, the fastest route is not this form. It is the free order flow audit, twenty minutes where we look at how your orders arrive today and work out what is automatable. You will leave that call with a number, whether or not you become a customer. Book it directly and skip the back and forth.

Everything else belongs here: a specific product question, an ERP or MRP implementation, a partnership, press, or something we have not thought of. Write it in the form below and a person will answer.

Tell us what you are trying to solve

The more concrete you are, the more useful our answer will be. Telling us how orders arrive today, who handles them and what breaks is worth more than a paragraph about your company.

Required. It lets us look at your store before we reply.

We use what you send to answer you. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a list you did not ask for.

One person reads every message. We do not sell what you send us, we do not add you to a mailing list, and nobody will call you unless you ask.

Direct channels, when the form is the wrong shape

Some things have a better route than a general form. These are the ones worth knowing about.

Support for an existing account

support@levelops.co, or the support link inside the app. Staffed 9:00 to 17:00 Eastern, Monday to Friday, excluding Montreal statutory holidays. Send your store domain and the document that caused the problem, and you will normally get a fix rather than a question back.

The free order flow audit

Twenty minutes on your orders inbox and Shopify setup, with no obligation and no pitch deck. This is the fastest way to find out whether anything we do is worth your time. Book it and we will come prepared.

Partnerships and referrals

If you are a Shopify agency, an ERP implementer, a 3PL or a consultant with wholesale clients, we work with partners and we pay referral fees. Use the form, choose partnership, and tell us what your clients look like.

Press and analysts

The press page carries pre-cleared boilerplate, a facts list you can quote without checking with us, and the topics we will speak on. If you are on a deadline, say so in the first line of your message and we will move.

Careers

Three roles are open and the application takes about five minutes, ending with a short video. It goes to the same people who would work with you. Use the careers page, not this form.

Anything about your data

Questions about what we store, where it lives, retention, deletion or a data processing agreement go through the form. Say it is a privacy question and it gets routed properly rather than sitting in a general queue.

Where we are, and how we work

The practical details, in one place.

  • LevelOps is a product of Obius Inc., 800 Rue du Square-Victoria, Suite 366, Montreal, Quebec, H4Z 1C3, Canada
  • Working hours are Montreal time, Eastern, Monday to Friday. Support runs 9:00 to 17:00 Eastern
  • We operate entirely in English and in French, and you will get a reply in the language you wrote in
  • Clients across Canada, the United States and Europe. Implementation work is mostly remote, with travel when a project warrants it
  • By phone: +1 514 667 8801, or toll free +1 888 339 8801
  • Support by email: support@levelops.co

What happens after you hit send

Your message goes to a person, not a queue with a service level agreement attached to it. Here is the honest version of what follows.

Someone reads it the same day it arrives, or the next business morning if you sent it in the evening. If it is a question with an answer, you get the answer, not an invitation to a discovery call. If it needs a conversation, we will say why and suggest a time, and you are free to say no and keep it in writing.

If your question is really about whether the product fits, we would rather tell you it does not. We have a documented threshold: below roughly fifteen document orders a month, a person doing it manually is cheaper and simpler than any software, including ours. We will say that out loud if it applies to you, because a customer who should not have bought is worse for us than no customer.

What will not happen: you will not be added to a nurture sequence, you will not get a follow up from someone whose job title is a number, and you will not be phoned because a form was submitted.

Or skip the form and book the audit

Twenty minutes on your order flow, a number at the end of it, and no obligation in either direction. It is the most useful first conversation we know how to offer.

FAQ

Questions teams ask first

How fast will someone reply?

One business day for anything sent through the form, usually sooner. We work Montreal hours, Monday to Friday. If you write late on a Friday you will hear back Monday. Support requests from customers on a paid plan are answered inside the app and take priority.

Will I get a salesperson or someone who knows the product?

Someone who knows the product. LevelOps is small enough that the person answering your question is either building the thing you are asking about or has run an implementation of it. That is a genuine advantage of our size, and it will stop being true if we grow, so use it while it holds.

I do not want a call. Can I just ask a question?

Yes. Use the form and say what you want to know. We will answer in writing. Nobody will phone you because you filled in a form, and we will not put you into a sequence.

What is the free order flow audit, and is it really free?

It is twenty minutes on your orders inbox and your Shopify setup. We look at how orders arrive, how much time they take, what the errors cost, and what is realistically automatable. It is free, there is no obligation, and it is genuinely useful even if you never buy anything. Sometimes the honest answer is that your volume does not justify automation yet, and we say so.

I am an existing customer with a problem. Where do I go?

Email support@levelops.co, or use the support link inside the app. Support runs 9:00 to 17:00 Eastern, Monday to Friday, excluding Montreal statutory holidays. Include your store domain and, if it is about a specific order, the document that caused the problem. That one attachment usually saves a full round trip.

Do you work with companies outside Quebec?

Yes. We work with manufacturers, distributors and wholesalers across Canada, the United States and Europe. The product is used wherever Shopify B2B is used. Implementation work is mostly remote, and we travel for on-site discovery when a project warrants it.

Do you operate in French?

Entirely. The company is bilingual, the product interface and support are available in both languages, and you can write to us in French and get a French answer from a French speaker rather than a translation.

Can I come to your office?

We are at 800 Rue du Square-Victoria in Montreal, but write first. We are a small team and often on client sites, so an unannounced visit is likely to find an empty desk.

Are you hiring, and should I use this form?

We are. Use the careers page rather than this form, because the application there asks the questions we actually care about and takes about five minutes. A CV sent to the contact form will get read, but it will get read more slowly.

I want to write about LevelOps. Who do I talk to?

The press page has cleared boilerplate, verifiable facts, the topics we will comment on, and how to reach us on a deadline. Start there, then use this form and mark it as press.
