LevelOps, a Montreal operations and technology company serving manufacturers, distributors and wholesalers, is listed at Plus Partner tier in the Shopify Partner Directory. Shopify granted the tier on 8 July 2026. It is assigned based on a partner's history of experience and proven success on the platform, and it sits above the general partner listing LevelOps has held since December 2022.
What the tier means
Shopify tiers its partners. The directory explains the basis in one line: partners are tiered on multiple factors, including their history of experience and proven success on Shopify. Plus Partner is the tier associated with work on Shopify Plus, the platform's offering for high growth and enterprise merchants, and it is assigned by Shopify rather than applied for and paid.
Why it matters for B2B wholesalers
Most of the work LevelOps does on Shopify is B2B: company accounts, catalogues restricted by customer, price lists negotiated per account, and order intake that arrives as documents rather than through a storefront. Those capabilities live largely in Shopify's B2B feature set, which is where Plus merchants operate. The tier is a signal that the work has been done at that level, not a new product.
What does not change
Nothing about pricing, support or the product. PDF to Order remains available to any Shopify merchant on any plan, and the implementation practice continues to take on projects on Shopify, Katana MRP, MRPeasy, Odoo and QuickBooks regardless of the merchant's Shopify plan. A merchant who is not on Plus is not a lower priority and never was.
How to verify it
The tier is on the public profile, not on a certificate we can hand out. Open the Shopify Partner Directory listing linked below and the Plus Partner heading appears under the business description, with Shopify's tier explanation beneath it. We would rather point at the directory than ask anyone to trust a badge on our own site.
