The need
Four systems that had to behave like one
Phare Medica provides medical services and health products. A stack that spans storefront, manufacturing, accounting and shipping only pays off if the four are connected, otherwise each handoff becomes a place where someone retypes an order.

Shopify Plus, Katana MRP and order capture
The core implementation closed in January 2026, covering the storefront, the MRP and capturing orders that arrive by email.

PDF to Order
A second engagement, closed in May 2026, added PDF order capture.
Questions about the Phare Médica engagement
Why are there no numbers on the outcome?
Because we did not measure them. Publishing a gain we never instrumented would be inventing one, so the page records what was done and stops there.

How does this relate to the Shopify app?
