Project

An AI audit, before any tooling decision

A structured review of where AI and automation actually earn their place in the operation, and where they do not.

The need

Separating the tasks AI can take from the ones it cannot

Most AI projects fail on selection rather than technology: the wrong task is automated first. An audit maps the work, identifies where a model genuinely removes effort, and is equally clear about where it would add supervision cost instead.

AI audit

LevelOps delivered the AI audit, closing in March 2026.

Questions about the Vallée engagement

What does this page cover?

What Vallée needed, the scope of the engagement and the systems involved. It is an implementation record rather than a measured case study.

Why are there no numbers on the outcome?

Because we did not measure them. Publishing a gain we never instrumented would be inventing one, so the page records what was done and stops there.

Could you do the same for us?

Likely. Describe your situation through the contact page and say what you already run, and we will tell you whether it is a job we should take on.

How does this relate to the Shopify app?

Implementation work puts the management system in place. PDF to Order handles the step before it, getting orders that arrive as documents into the system. Some clients have both, many have only one.

Can we speak to Vallée?

Ask through the contact page. We check with the client before passing on any contact, so it depends on what they agree to.

Planning the same kind of project?

Tell us what you run today and what is breaking. We will tell you whether the system you are considering is the right one, before anyone signs anything.
