Soja & Co produces handmade soy wax candles and natural wellness products. LevelOps implemented Katana MRP across a sustained 2023 engagement.
The need
Artisan production, scaling demands
Soja & Co makes candles by hand from natural soy wax, with a product range built on original fragrances and a stated priority on environmental sustainability. Handmade production that is growing runs into the same wall every time: the craft scales only as far as the planning behind it, and pouring, curing and finishing each hold their own timing that a spreadsheet does not track.
The project
Katana MRP, implemented over a sustained mandate
LevelOps implemented Katana MRP for Soja & Co. The work was not run as a one off install: it sat inside an ongoing 2023 mandate under the Programme Essor framework, roughly sixteen hours a week over twenty six weeks, which left room to move the operation onto the system rather than only switch it on.

Why are there no numbers on the outcome?
Because we did not measure them. Publishing a gain we never instrumented would be inventing one, so the page records what was done and stops there.
