Odoo for a wholesale bakery
Boulangerie L'Art Blanc supplies precooked frozen breads and pizza dough to the wholesale trade. LevelOps implemented Odoo.
The need
Frozen stock is still perishable stock
L'Art Blanc produces premium precooked frozen breads and pizza dough for wholesale customers. Freezing buys time, it does not remove the constraint: production still has to be planned against shelf life, batch size and what the trade has committed to buy, and that is a planning problem no spreadsheet holds for long.

Why are there no numbers on the outcome?
Because we did not measure them. Publishing a gain we never instrumented would be inventing one, so the page records what was done and stops there.

How does this relate to the Shopify app?
